Krill Oil Uses:

Krill oil is used in one of the following conditions —

1. Premature Skin Wrinkles:

Capsules containing krill oil, zinc, vitamin D, vitamin C, buckthorn berry oil, cacao bean extract, hyaluronic acid, red clover isoflavones may reduce wrinkles with in 12 weeks. Also, applying it with tajrotein alone increases skin’s moisture and skin elasticity with aging. However, it is not clear whether these benefits come from krill oil or because of other elements present in the supplements.

Some research has found that krill oil products, in particular, reduce total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol. Krill oil increases good cholesterol (HDL) in people with high cholesterol. Triglyceride is another type of body fat, which can also be reduced with the help of the krill oil. However, other research has found that krill oil does not reduce cholesterol. Krill oil can hardly prove beneficial for people with high cholesterol. More studies are still needed to confirm this.
